Welcome to Regeneer (hereinafter the "Site" and the "Application").

This Privacy Policy transparently explains how AS.Com collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares the personal data of Regeneer users.

We are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we offer our services or conduct our activities. We implement appropriate measures to comply with applicable legal requirements, particularly regarding the collection, use, retention, security, and exercise of the rights of the data subjects.

1. Data Controller

In the context of its activities, AS.com acts:

• as a Data Controller regarding data related to user accounts, billing, service operation, and Site management;

• as a Data Processor, when professional clients use Regeneer to process content within the framework of their own activities.

Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request at privacy@regeneer.app.

2. Personal Data Collected

We only collect data that is necessary for the operation of the service, its improvement, and compliance with our legal obligations.

2.1 Account Data

When you register, we notably collect:

• last name;

• first name;

• email address;

• password (stored in encrypted form and never in plain text).

2.2 Payment Data

Payments are fully processed by Stripe Inc. We never store credit card information.
Stripe only transmits the information necessary to manage your subscription to us, notably:

• payment status;

• transaction history;

• billing information.

2.3 Sources Submitted to the Service

As part of using Regeneer, you may provide links to public content from platforms such as:

• YouTube;

• TikTok;

• LinkedIn;

• or other similar platforms.

In order to provide the service, Regeneer extracts the available text content from these sources. This content comes from public sources and may contain personal data already made public by their authors or speakers. Transcripts may be temporarily retained for technical purposes to improve service performance.

2.4 Generated Content

Content generated by Regeneer (briefs, scripts, articles, or other documents) is associated with your account throughout its lifespan. In the event of account deletion, this content follows the retention policy described in Section 6.

2.5 Navigation Data

Subject to your consent when required, we collect certain information relating to your browsing, notably:

• pages viewed;

• duration of visits;

• interactions with the interface;

• country of connection;

• IP address;

• technical information relating to your browser or device.

This information is collected using tools such as:

• Google Analytics 4;

• Microsoft Clarity.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR and equivalent applicable regulations, your data is processed for the following purposes:

When processing is based on your consent, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

4. Data Sharing

We share certain data only with service providers involved in providing our services. These providers only access the information strictly necessary to perform their missions.

4.1 Artificial Intelligence Model Providers

In order to generate the content requested by users, the necessary data may be transmitted to various artificial intelligence model providers, notably:

• OpenAI;

• Google Gemini;

• Anthropic;

• OpenRouter.

This processing is carried out exclusively to provide the service requested by the user. Information that identifies you (last name, first name, email address) is not transmitted to these providers as part of content generation.

4.2 Payment

Payments are managed by:

• Stripe Inc.

4.3 Usage Analysis

We notably use:

• Google Analytics 4;

• Microsoft Clarity.

Microsoft Clarity collects certain information relating to your browsing to allow us to better understand the use of our service. Microsoft may process some of this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable configuration settings.

4.4 Hosting

Our infrastructure relies notably on:

• framer + cloudflare (landing page website);

• Hostinger (application hosting via Coolify).

5. International Transfers

Some of our service providers are likely to process data outside your country of residence, notably in the United States. When such transfers take place, they are governed by a legal mechanism recognized by applicable regulations, notably:

• the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission;

• the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, when the relevant provider is certified under it;

• transfer mechanisms provided by the UK GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA, or any other applicable regulations.

We implement measures designed to ensure an appropriate level of protection for your personal data during these international transfers.

6. Data Retention

We apply a retention policy limited to what is necessary for the purposes pursued.

When a user requests the deletion of their account, their identifying personal data is deleted within a maximum period of thirty days. Any content retained after this period is held exclusively in an anonymized form that no longer allows the direct or indirect identification of the user.

7. Protection of Minors

Regeneer is a service intended for professionals and adult users. Our service is not designed to be used by persons under the age of 16, or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction of residence if it is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal data relating to minors. If we learn that an account has been created in violation of this rule, we will proceed to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

8. Automated Decisions and Profiling

Regeneer uses artificial intelligence models to generate content from the information you provide. However, Regeneer does not make any automated decisions that produce legal effects or significantly affect users within the meaning of applicable data protection regulations.

The content generated by our artificial intelligence models constitutes exclusively creation assistance. It is produced at your request and remains under your control. You remain solely responsible for its use, modification, and publication.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your country of residence and applicable personal data protection regulations, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that we are processing your personal data and receive a copy of it.

• Right to rectification: request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your personal data when the legal conditions are met.

• Right to restriction of processing: request the temporary suspension of certain processing operations.

• Right to data portability: receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format when this right is applicable.

• Right to object: object to certain processing operations when provided for by law.

• Right to withdraw your consent at any time when the processing is based on it.

We will respond to your request within the timeframes provided by applicable regulations. Where authorized by law and if your request is particularly complex, this timeframe may be extended. In this case, you will be informed of this extension and the reasons for it.

10. Security Measures

The security of your personal data is a priority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, disclosure, modification, or unlawful use.

These measures notably include:

• encryption of communications between your browser and our servers (HTTPS/TLS);

• secure storage of passwords in hashed form;

• access control mechanisms limiting data access to authorized persons only;

• logging of certain security events;

• regular backups of our infrastructure;

• regular updates of our systems and software components.

Although we implement measures in line with security best practices, no computer system can guarantee absolute security. We nevertheless undertake to take all reasonably necessary measures to protect your personal data.

11. Core Subprocessors

To ensure the operation of Regeneer, we use specialized service providers who may be required to process certain personal data on our behalf.

*Some providers may process data from multiple countries depending on their global infrastructure. We select our providers carefully and ensure they present appropriate security and data protection guarantees. This list is subject to change to reflect updates to our technical infrastructure.

12. Complaints to a Competent Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data does not comply with applicable regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country or region of residence. However, we invite you to contact us first so that we can examine your request and attempt to find a solution as quickly as possible.

13. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Regeneer uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper functioning of the Site and the Application, improve your user experience, and measure the use of our services. When required by applicable regulations, non-essential cookies are only deposited after obtaining your consent. You can change your preferences at any time via our cookie management center accessible from the Site.

13.1 Categories of Cookies Used

Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use the essential features of Regeneer.

14. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect:

• developments in our services;

• technical updates;

• legislative or regulatory changes;

• or changes regarding our technical partners.
